It is located one mile from the east coast ocean beach in South Florida. A shopping center is located nearby.<\/p>\n<p>Minimal rental is one month and maximum rental is six months and subject to condo association approval. The cost to rent is $2,800\/month seasonal (Dec 1 \u2013 Mar 31) and $1,100\/month off season (April 1 \u2013 Nov 30).
