Bulmer Award for Excellence in Library Research <strong>online<\/strong>.<\/em> The online submission form, criteria and deadlines can be found on the <a href=\"http:\/\/hvcc.libguides.com\/bulmeraward\" target=\"_blank\">Bulmer Award Research Genius webpage<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The award winner will be recognized at the Student Honors and Awards Ceremony on Friday, May 13 and in the Commencement program.
