{"id":8073,"date":"2016-05-27T11:56:33","date_gmt":"2016-05-27T15:56:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/report-to-the-board-of-trustees-for-may-2016\/"},"modified":"2016-05-27T11:56:33","modified_gmt":"2016-05-27T15:56:33","slug":"report-to-the-board-of-trustees-for-may-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/report-to-the-board-of-trustees-for-may-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Report to the Board of Trustees for May 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The college\u2019s Board of Trustees met on May 24, and I\u2019m again pleased to share my report which covers a variety of important topics, including an update on summer enrollment; my appointment to the Downtown Revitalization Initiative committee; wrap up of the Business Process Review for enrollment services; progress with Foundation initiatives; sale of the Hy Rosenblum Center; a new library <a href=\"http:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pigott_PR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">exhibit<\/a> with noted sculptor <a href=\"http:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pigott_TU.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Patrick Pigott<\/a>; and a change of the college&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wordpress\/microsoft-office-365-new-college-wide-email-platform\/\" target=\"_blank\">e-mail platform<\/a>. The college also received an <a href=\"http:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/EnlightenmentAward.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Academic Enlightenment Award<\/a> from The International Center of the Capital Region, Inc.<\/p>\n<p>Please take a moment to read the full <a href=\"http:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/160526-BOT-Report-Matonak-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">report<\/a>.
