{"id":8214,"date":"2016-08-11T18:16:05","date_gmt":"2016-08-11T22:16:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/blackboard-end-of-summer-2016-semester-procedures\/"},"modified":"2016-08-11T18:16:05","modified_gmt":"2016-08-11T22:16:05","slug":"blackboard-end-of-summer-2016-semester-procedures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/blackboard-end-of-summer-2016-semester-procedures\/","title":{"rendered":"Blackboard: end of Summer 2016 semester procedures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blackboard End of Summer 2016 Semester Procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Student Access to Blackboard<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students will begin to lose access to Summer 2016 courses after 11:59 pm on Friday, Aug. 12.<\/li>\n<li>Fall 2016 courses will become available to students the morning of Aug. 29, 2016.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Faculty Access to Blackboard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> Blackboard will be unavailable from Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016 at 12:01 a.m. through Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2016 at 4 p.m. for the transition to SaaS.
