It will be held on Friday, Dec. 9 at 3 p.m. in the BTC Auditorium. The committee is pleased to announce this year&#8217;s Meritorious Service Award Recipients. They are:<br \/>\n<strong>Deborah A. Cohen<\/strong>, Program Assistant III, Dental Hygiene<br \/>\n<strong>Christine M. Lewis<\/strong>, Custodial Worker, Physical Plant<br \/>\n<strong>Benjamin R. Petrone<\/strong>, Motor Equipment Operator&#8211;Light, Capital District Educational Opportunity Center<br \/>\n<strong>Tasha M. Taylor<\/strong>, Program Assistant, Learning Assistance Centers<\/p>\n<p>For those new to the ceremony, we commemorate service to the college by awarding a pin for every five years of employment. Please check the list of service pin recipients: <a href=\"http:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016-Service-Recognition-12-9-16.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">2016 Service Recognition<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you are attending to receive your pin, please RSVP to Suzanne Kalkbrenner at 629-4530. We also are collecting food for the college\u2019s food pantry, so please bring what you can to the ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>Refreshments will be served immediately following the ceremony.
