Simultaneously, there may be faculty and staff who are unfamiliar on how to use copyright material legally. To provide some clarity and guidance on this subject matter, The Center for Effective Teaching is offering a webinar through the American Library Association.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applying Copyright in Online Learning Environments<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Online platforms have become the base of operation for instruction of both face-to-face classes and distance education; yet current copyright law does not provide direct guidance on what you can legally upload into your course management system (CMS).
