The summary includes the survey responses in their entirety.<\/p>\n<p>As you are aware, the college\u2019s Academic Senate, in response to a 2014 Middle States Self-Study Recommendation and a recommendation from the 2014 Middle States Site Visit Team, developed a formal process to assess the effectiveness, structure, and function of the college\u2019s Academic Senate and Standing Committees. One of the pieces in the Academic Senate assessment process was a campus-wide survey eliciting faculty and staff satisfaction with and understanding of the Academic Senate.<\/p>\n<p>To access the Academic Senate Survey Summary, please go to the MyHudsonValley Portal\/Blackboard site (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/faculty-staff.html\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/faculty-staff.html<\/a>) and to the Academic Senate link under &#8220;My Organizations.&#8221; Once in the Academic Senate portal, go the folder labeled &#8220;Assessment,&#8221; at the bottom of the left-hand menu.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that personal references have been redacted.
