The Center for Academic Engagement\u2019s mission is to create confident, independent and successful learners. Each semester we acknowledge a select group of students who epitomize our mission as recipients of the Center for Academic Engagement Award. These honorees are students, who work hard academically and\/or help engage their peers to do the same.<\/p>\n
This award is a token of recognition for their hard work, commitment to their academics, and impact on their peers and the staff of the CAE. We commend their initiative and perseverance.<\/p>\n
The Center for Academic Engagement is proud to announce the following students have received this Spring\u2019s Engagement Award:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nigel Harris (GAP award) The following students are receiving a Certificate of Appreciation for all of their hard work and time invested in helping other students become academically successful:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Andrew Edwards In addition, we selected Dr. Ann Geisendorfer for the Faculty\/Staff Appreciation Recipient<\/strong>. Since the CAE\u2019s inception, she has supported our programming and referred her students.
