{"id":958,"date":"2012-10-22T11:47:59","date_gmt":"2012-10-22T15:47:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/innovations-in-higher-education-in-russia-and-at-hudson-valley-community-college\/"},"modified":"2012-10-22T11:47:59","modified_gmt":"2012-10-22T15:47:59","slug":"innovations-in-higher-education-in-russia-and-at-hudson-valley-community-college","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/innovations-in-higher-education-in-russia-and-at-hudson-valley-community-college\/","title":{"rendered":"Innovations in Higher Education in Russia and at Hudson Valley Community College"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Albany\/Tula Alliance, under the sponsorship of the Open World Leadership Program of the United States Library of Congress, is hosting an impressive delegation of five leading Russian educators from Tula\u2019s two universities and Educational Research Institute, October 19 \u2013 27.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday October 23<sup>rd<\/sup> the delegation will visit Hudson Valley Community College.\u00a0 During their campus visit, there will be a series of four presentations regarding innovations in higher education: two presentations offered by Hudson Valley Community College faculty members (Dr. \u00a0Natasha Anthony, Assistant Professor, Director of the International Language Lab and James Williams, Department Chair Accounting\/Marketing and Business Advisement Center) and two presentations offered by members of the delegation.\u00a0 The presentations will begin at 2 p.m. and will be held in the Multipurpose Room of the Edward F.
