\n<\/strong>Using Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) to transform bacteria, participants will actually observe gene expression in real time, and then purify it using simple chromatography. Genetic transformation is used in agriculture, environmental bioremediation, as well as gene therapy in medicine.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Participants will use ELISA (which stands for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay), a powerful antibody-based test used to diagnose diseases, track pathogenic agents, identify genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and trace food allergens and molecular markers of pregnancy and drug use. It has revolutionized medicine, biotechnology, and research.<\/p>\n
