This outage affected users attempting to gain access to Office 365 via the web interface.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resolution<\/strong><br \/>\nAs of 9:00am, the system failure was remediated through Microsoft and access has been restored to the campus. Services were impacted for approximately 1.5 hours.<\/p>\n<p>If you continue to have authentication issues, please contact the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/its\/support.html\">ITS Helpdesk<\/a> at 629-7364 and we will assist in getting you connected.
