Lately, we are not receiving this information prior to the president&#8217;s sign off to make an offer. Keep in mind that John Ogden, the affirmative action officer who must sign the candidate screening report, is on campus only on Thursdays.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, it is time consuming. But we must follow these policies and remain compliant. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a shout in Human Resources at 629-4552.
