Speakers will provide insight into what it\u2019s like to be an engineer, what education is required and career opportunities in engineering.<\/p>\n<p>The panel discussion seeks to encourage women and minority students in particular to consider a career in engineering, since both groups are traditionally underrepresented in the field.
