{"id":9896,"date":"2017-09-26T14:10:43","date_gmt":"2017-09-26T18:10:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/kronos-update-for-adjuncts\/"},"modified":"2017-09-26T14:10:43","modified_gmt":"2017-09-26T18:10:43","slug":"kronos-update-for-adjuncts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/kronos-update-for-adjuncts\/","title":{"rendered":"Kronos update for adjuncts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kronos Mobile will be live Friday, Sept. 29\u00a0for adjuncts.<\/p>\n<p>If you already use Kronos to record your hours, you will need to complete a paper time sheet for your &#8220;adjunct work.&#8221; If you teach in more then one department, please contact Kristin Miller (629-4527 or <a href=\"mailto:k.miller@hvcc.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">k.miller@hvcc.edu<\/a>) to find out which department you will use Kronos to compete your timesheet and for which department you will compete a paper time sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Part-time faculty\u00a0can find the Kronos manual on the\u00a0Human Resoruces <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/hr\/forms\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">web page<\/a>. It provides instructions on how to use Kronos and the Mobile device.<\/p>\n<p>Please complete paper time sheets for the previous\u00a0two pay periods. 8\/21 through 9\/3 and 9\/4 through 9\/17.
