I am very pleased to announce the Supervisor Kick Start 10-week Training Program<\/strong>, offered now to all employees by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The free, webinar-based training is offered Wednesdays, beginning Oct. 4 and ending Dec. 13 (see dates below).<\/p>\n This training is designed to address fundamental supervisory and leadership skills that are necessary for effective individual and team management. Designed for first-time supervisors or those who have never had formal supervisory training, the sessions cover a broad range of important topics from leadership concepts to detailed tools for important skills like time management, tracking performance, and documenting discipline.<\/p>\n Pre-registration is required by Tuesday, Oct. 3 at Supervisor Kick Start<\/a>.<\/p>\n Below are the topics that will be discussed. Handouts will be available the day of each session.
