{"id":9987,"date":"2017-10-12T16:41:53","date_gmt":"2017-10-12T20:41:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/2017-meritorious-service-award-nominations-due-friday-oct-27\/"},"modified":"2017-10-12T16:41:53","modified_gmt":"2017-10-12T20:41:53","slug":"2017-meritorious-service-award-nominations-due-friday-oct-27","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/2017-meritorious-service-award-nominations-due-friday-oct-27\/","title":{"rendered":"2017 Meritorious Service Award nominations due Friday, Oct. 27"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Call for Nominations!<br \/>\n<\/strong>Nominations now are being accepted for the 2017 Meritorious Service Awards.<\/p>\n<p>These awards recognize Classified employees at Hudson Valley Community College, the Capital District Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) and Faculty Student Association (FSA) &#8212; non-NTPs &#8212; who stand out, not only because they achieve the objectives and engage in the activities included in their job descriptions, but because they excel beyond expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Any member of the college community may nominate an eligible employee. The minimum qualifications for eligibility are: two (2) years of continuous Classified staff employment (as of Aug. 31, 2017); and outstanding performance of all job duties. Previous award winners are eligible to be nominated again after four (4) years have passed from the year of the prior award.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please submit an original of your nomination packet to Susan Smith, CTR 290, no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27, 2017<\/strong>.
