SUNY recently received a Lumina grant to support strategic enrollment management (SEM) planning for SUNY community colleges and Hudson Valley Community College has opted to participate in this important initiative!
HVCC’s SEM Team is working with a representative from the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO), who provides technical assistance in developing or revising SEM plans. For the purpose of this grant, the SEM team is focused on goals that seek to increase enrollment among adult learners (25-64) and to close existing equity gaps.
The first phase of this project is identifying key issues that are detectable in data compiled by the College. The SEM Team has been utilizing the resources below to recognize patterns in the data that uncover issues that may be addressed by revising our SEM plan. We also recognize the value of diverse perspectives and points of view, which is how you can help! Please feel free to review the data resources below and uncover any existing issues that you pick up on.
