Almost half of HVCC graduates further their education at a four-year school and the Center for Careers & Transfer (CCT) staff is here to help students plan for each step of that process. Students can meet with a CCT counselor and/or attend a college transfer info session where we’ll cover:
- researching where to apply
- figuring out your major
- exploring transfer requirements
- articulation agreements
- transfer scholarships
- completing applications
- submitting required documents
- meeting with transfer reps
