Bull Dogs Bite Vikings

The football team (0-4) was defeated by Dean College, 23-3, on Saturday. The Vikings went down, 13-0, in the first half before they were able to put together their best drive of the day resulting in a field goal before the half expired.

Defensively, the Vikings created opportunities, as they intercepted four Bull Dog passes in the contest. The Vikings offense had troubles of its own, turning the ball over three times leading to the 23-3 loss.

Hudson Valley’s Julius Williams (Nottingham/Syracuse) had a career day with three interceptions out of the safety position.

The Vikings will play its second home game of the season on Saturday, Oct.2 against Erie Community College.
